Her children have been removed twice before for drug related charges. I thought that she had it together finally, but then she decided that It would be o.k. to tell her 12 year old that she smokes pot. So, her child called and turned her in to c.p.s. She freaked out and ran to Texas(from Indianapolis). Well they found her there and contacted her, so she showed up back at my house in Indy. I didn't let her stay because I have children and I am not going to involve myself in that! So now she is hiding at her house but, c.p.s. will figure out that she is back and what then? will she go to jail or what can happen?
My friend is on the run from C.P.S. with her child, What will happen?
Shes going to Jail, sorry....but it depends on the State law, but she should have faced her problems the first time, then maybe she could be out and living a healthy life with her child...
