What I really need to know is this. He has 2 kids that he wants to write to and he has no stamps or any way to get stamps. What I want to do is send a few stamps? I was told by another friend that I could not do that. I wonder if I could send him envelopes that the post office has already put stamps on? I hope you understand what I am talking about? The post office run the envelope through a machine and it post marks the envelope.
I would like to know what I can send to my friend by mail? He is located in a N.C. Correctional Institute?
