You can try and send them an email and see if they will give it out to you. Hope this helps.
Reply:If you call the prison/jail he is at, someone there can search for his inmate ID and give it to you
Reply:dont know about wash but florida has a site to search offenders....bet if you google it you might find something...washington dept of corrections
