My friend has a mac and i have a P.C she's rigged her comp so that whatever is typed on an I.M is spoken?

It is spoken by a computerized voice. I have a feature narrator on my computer but ehrn engaged it doesn't do say whatever is typed and sent on instant messages. It's not necessary but it's a cool feature that I'm wondering if i have it on a P.C or not. She can also type phrases, like the computers vocabulary and the computer will "say" them randomly

it's a voice recognition program she has. you can do it on your comp but to find that kind of program that works the way you want and works consistenly will be expensive.
