Georgetown is a good place, or Dupont Cirlce. Adam's Morgan is a great area as well. If he likes glubs, go to the Wharehouse district in SE DC. Nation... Apex is good in Dupont, if he is gay or straight, but primarily a gay bar. Rob Harris spins there, good music!
